APLNGAustralia Pacific LNG Pty Ltd (APLNG), a joint venture between Origin Energy, Conoco Phillips and China Petrochemical Corporation (Sinopec Group) has been established to develop a business in the supply of energy to the Australian domestic and international markets. The supply of energy is to be in the form of High Pressure Gas and liquefied nature gas (LNG) sourced from coal seam gas (CSG). The project has an anticipated spend of AUD $35 billion and covers the development, construction, operation and management of the CSG related activities pipeline and LNG plant.
